Once®
has advanced drawing automation for electro and instrumentation,
implemented in AutoCAD. Wiring information, from
field equipment to control panel, is drawn based on the information in the
database, and is highly automated, but at the same time very flexible.
The system sets no limits for choice of cabling solutions. All
connections are stored in the database and are used for automatic generation of
loop drawings. By combining interconnection information and other information
in the database with loop templates, loop drawings are generated
automatically. The generated drawings can be adjusted manually afterwards.
Circuit drawings are produced in a corresponding way. Changes in field
connections are reflected on loop and circuit drawings automatically.
Automation of
drawings makes their production dramatically more efficient. Checking of
drawings is simplified, while drawing quality is improved.
Since all electrical
connections are stored in the database, cable and conductor marking, as well
as hook up tables are produced automatically. This ensures fundamental
quality and simplifies construction of control panels and field wiring. |
