With Once®, standardization and
reuse come naturally.

Once® forms the foundation for work processes
that give standardization and reuse within and between projects. To
maximize reuse, information is grouped in project-independent and
project-specific sections. Powerful copying functions make
it simple to copy tags and drawings within and between projects.
The project-independent information consists of component information and
associated documents, templates for documents and drawings, as well as coding
standards and definitions.
The project-specific information describes the project's structure and scope of
supply. Specifications, documents and drawings are tied to the project
structure. Through references to component and serial numbers, links are
established to the project-independent information in Once®.
In this way, users have access to all relevant information in the project and
compilation of the final documentation can be done automatically.
Drawing automation makes design work efficient and removes sources of
error. Integration and data export make the information available where it
is needed.
By combining project-independent and project-specific
information, Once® produce detailed project documentation
extremely efficiently.
